喜びの用意をしていなさい    

他の人たちのうちに愛の性質を感じると言うことは、なんという喜びでしょう！

What a joy it is to feel the quality of love in others! 

外の心と小さな自分をいらいらさせるその小さな物事、それらをあなたから落とさせなさい･･･そしてあなたの仲間のそれぞれのうちに、あなた自身が持っていたであろう愛と奉仕の、この美しい精神を見るのです。

The little things which irritate the outer mind and the little self, let them fall from you...and see in each of your companions this beautiful spirit of love and service which you yourself would have.
